Nightdesk stops quoting prices. It won't guess, and it will never sell a room it can't confirm is empty. It takes the guest's details, tells them the desk will confirm, and alerts you.

The room leaves the board when the link goes out, not when payment lands. After ten minutes the hold expires and the room returns to your desk automatically.
